Welcome to Shoreline Animal Hospital! Whether you are bringing in a new pet, have recently moved, are visiting the area, or you are just searching for a veterinary practice that has the right vibe for you, we hope that you will feel welcomed as part of our family. We are here to listen, educate and support.

Please take a few minutes before your first appointment to fill out the New Client and New Patient forms below. Also, please ask for any previous veterinary records to be e-mailed or faxed to us prior to your visit. Our email address is shorelineah@aol.com and our fax number is 860-669-1721. The more information we have ahead of time, the better we can know about your pet’s past health and the more time we can spend addressing your pet’s needs. Please do not hesitate to contact our office with any questions; we are here to assist you in any way possible.

***New Client Deposit Policy***

Here at Shoreline, we work very hard to be able to establish relationships with new clients and maintain proper care of our existing clients. Due to high demand in the Veterinary field, we are now requiring a $50 deposit for all new clients. This deposit will be applied to your pet’s visit and is used as a way to hold your appointment. We are so happy to meet new owners and their pets and hope we continue to make new connections!
